2. Cipher Suite Reordering

• Change: Changed cipher suite order from CHACHA20:AES256-GCM to AES256-GCM:CHACHA20
• Performance Impact: AES256-GCM is ~5% faster on modern x86 processors
• Security Impact: None - both ciphers are equally secure
